Hello!

Welcome to the Critical Mass Topeka blog. If you’re new here, keep reading (if you’re not, this might be old news).

Critical Mass is basically a semi-organized bike ride around the city, which takes place on the last Friday of every month.  There are a lot of different reasons to ride – some do it to promote environmental awareness, others to save on gas money, some to promote bicycle safety, but everyone who does it knows that it’s a fun time.  You’ll meet friendly people who like to ride bikes!

April 25 is our next ride, and we’ll be meeting at 5:30 pm at 6th and Washburn (in front of the Boobie Trap Bar [no affiliation]).  We typically ride to Kansas Avenue, then South to 21st street, then West until we feel like turning North, and then we head back to the original meeting spot.

Please join us! And tell your friends.  This is an excuse to get the tires pumped up on that rusty red cruiser of yours, or an excuse to get outside on the week of Earth day, or just an excuse to enjoy the Spring weather.
