Topeka Levee Survey Fall 2020

In the City of Topeka, the Kansas River has trails on top of its levees which are legal for bicyclists and pedestrians to use. These trails offer great views of the river and the natural settings surrounding downtown Topeka. What concepts would encourage you to use the trail?
